1. Intellectual Property (IP) & CAD File Security
At SANGO Automation, we treat your 3D CAD models, technical drawings, patent designs, and proprietary specifications with the highest level of confidentiality. Every uploaded file is encrypted in transit via TLS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure, with visibility limited to the engineers and machinists actually assigned to your job.
We routinely sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before receiving proprietary engineering data, and most are turned around within 24 hours of request.
2. Information We Collect
When you request a quotation or contact our engineering team, we collect your name, business email, phone number, company name, delivery address, and the technical project details needed to scope and quote your part — CAD files, drawings, material and finish requirements, and target volumes.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to generate DFM manufacturing feedback, prepare quotes, process purchase orders, coordinate freight and customs for shipping, and provide technical support throughout your project. We never sell, rent, or monetize customer data to third-party advertisers.
4. GDPR & Global Privacy Rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you retain the right to access, rectify, or request the permanent deletion of your account and CAD files at any time by contacting our data protection officer at privacy@sango.com.
