In Process InspectionStatistical SamplingOperators check critical dimensions at set intervals during the run, catching drift before it produces an out of spec batch.For higher volume runs, we apply AQL based sampling plans to inspect a representative sample of the full production run rather than checking every unit individually.

Before parts leave our facility, they pass a final round of checks and get packed for their trip to you.
Post-Production/03
Final InspectionPackaging and TraceabilityEvery finished batch goes through a 100 percent or sampled final inspection against the approved drawing before it is released to production runout.Parts are packaged to prevent transit damage, and lot numbers are recorded so any issue can be traced back to the production run it came from.

Every part passes through three stages: a pre production technical assessment and material verification, in process inspection with statistical sampling during the run, and a final post production inspection before packaging. Nothing ships without clearing all three.
