Technical assessmentMaterial verificationOur engineering team reviews your part design for material, surface finish, structure, process, and key 3D/2D drawing details before production.Upon request, we provide material certification from the raw material manufacturer, including grade, heat number, dimensions, mechanical properties, and chemical composition.
Once production starts, we track parts against the process plan set during design review.
In-Production/02
In-process inspectionStatistical samplingOperators check critical dimensions at set intervals during the run, catching drift before it produces out-of-spec parts.For higher-volume runs, we apply AQL-based sampling plans so inspection intensity matches the risk profile of the part.
