Terms & Conditions of Manufacturing

1. Quotations & Purchase Orders
Quotations generated by SANGO Automation are based on customer-provided 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. A binding contract is formed upon issuance of our formal Order Confirmation.
2. Tolerances & Quality Acceptance
Unless specific tolerances are defined on an attached 2D drawing (PDF/DWG), all parts are manufactured to ISO 2768-m (Medium) general tolerances. Any dimensional discrepancies must be reported within 14 calendar days of part delivery with supporting inspection data.
3. Warranty & Quality Guarantee
SANGO Automation warrants that all manufactured goods will conform to the accepted CAD geometry, approved material specifications, and quality standards. In the rare event of non-conformance, we will rework, remanufacture, or refund the defective parts at zero additional cost.
4. Lead Times & Shipping
Lead times commence once CAD files, payment terms, and technical DFM questions are fully resolved. SANGO Automation works with DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and international ocean freight carriers to provide worldwide DDP / EXW / FOB shipping options.
