Frequently Asked
Questions.

Sango Manufacturing Engineering FAQ
Which manufacturing process is right for my part?

It depends on your material, quantity and geometry. CNC machining suits tight tolerance metal and plastic parts at low to mid volume. Injection molding and die casting suit high-volume production once tooling cost makes sense. 3D printing and vacuum casting suit prototypes and short runs where tooling would be wasted spend. Upload your CAD file and our engineers will recommend the most cost-effective process for your specific part.
