Manufacturing Capabilities
Sango operates 5-axis CNC machining centers, Kashifuji CNC gear skivers, Gleason bevel gear generators, and specialized spline hobbing machines. This flexible manufacturing infrastructure allows us to rapidly machine custom gearbox housings, internal ring gears, and non-standard output shafts with minimal tooling lead time.
Our in-house heat treatment shop performs induction hardening, nitriding, and phosphating for custom gear teeth, while our quality lab verifies all critical dimensions using Zeiss 3D CMM machines.
