Our gear manufacturing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art Gleason CNC spiral bevel gear generators, Kashifuji KPS30 CNC skiving machines, and Reishauer gear grinders. In-house vacuum heat treatment and controlled induction hardening ensure high tooth surface hardness (HRC 58-62) to resist contact fatigue while maintaining core toughness. Every right-angle planetary reducer undergoes strict 3D CMM metrology inspection and dynamic noise verification.
